Need help?

Help is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week if you’re in crisis or concerned about your mental health, or if you are the family or carer of someone in crisis or whose mental health you’re concerned about. On these pages, there are various options for accessing support, whether or not you or the person you’re concerned about are already in contact with mental health services.

Please contact me (via the “About” page) if you find that any of the links above are out of date or if you would like to add another link.
