Some thoughts based on release today of national statistics showing another rise in the number of times section 136 of the Mental Health Act is used by police to detain people in mental health crisis.

      Damn woman. You need to travel & get with the program. You have no clue besides what you google. Going outside for a cigarette isntnan option in Bronx.     Also, maybe people like you should not call people stupid for having an educated opinion! Ifnyou get pissed over someone on twitter recommending privatisation of NHS to some degree, you need to get locked up.
